Slumber learning used to be a pipage dream. Now neuroscientists say they accept found means to raise your memory with your eyes airtight, says David Robson.

The idea of learning as you sleep was in one case thought very unlikely, but there are several ways – both depression- and hi-tech – to endeavour to assist you acquire new skills every bit you doze.
